This is just the liner, control box and heater is not included.

Please follow these SIMPLE RULES to keep your Spa from being damaged by heat:

• Do not expose your Spa and control box to excessive heat or sunlight when not in use.
• When not in use never leave your Spa exposed to direct sunlight for extended times.
• If you must leave your Spa in direct sunlight for any amount of time UV overall cover must be installed.
• High pressures can permanently stretch and damage the PVC liner and cause leaks and the seams to burst. Heat can expand the spa liner by more than 4 PSI, so this needs to be accounted for especially if installed in an unshaded area. Stop inflating when the spa is hard enough to seat on the edge, this should be the primary way of assessing sufficient inflation, in doubt let some air out and fine tune.

The Mono Concept Series spa is covered with a 1-year warranty for electrical parts and 6 months for inflatable parts.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered while unpacking the product or during use, within the limits of use and respectful of warnings and instructions given within the user’s manual. It covers the damaged parts, and not the entire set.

EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE

Reasons for exclusion from warranty may include (but are not limited to):

• Normal wear and tear.
• Any damage except manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• Use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use.
• Use for any activity other than its intended purpose or limits of design.
• Damage or defects caused by incorrect electrical installation or supply.
• Damage or defects caused by chlorine and bleach.
• Damage or defects caused by extended use of filters beyond design life.
• Damage or defects caused by extremes of weather or environmental conditions.
• Damage or defects caused use of excessive force, including over-tightening, pushing or twisting

 

Spas that show damage due to heat exposure including but not limited to;

• Prolonged sun exposure, excessive exposure to sunlight.
• Spa with signs of improper care or handling
• Flooding, water damage, liquid damage, corrosion
• discoloration, distortion, degradation, loss of gloss, bleaching, chalking
• Significant fading of color
• Damage due to over inflation
• compression dents

 

• Damage or defects caused by collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage or impact with any materials or objects.
• Damage due to salt water corrosion. salt water crystallisation resulting in fading, deterioration or failure of materials
• Damage or defects caused by Dragging.
• Damage or defects caused by folding of the inflatable pool liner for extended period of time
• Damage or defects caused by an incorrect set- up.
• Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.
• Damage or defects caused by repairs. Breakage or defects as a result of prior damages. modification or repairs.
• These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty.
